“Sonic is one of the few ISPs I have dealt with in my life that didn’t leave me frustrated. Dealing with their support was as painless as support goes. It’s cheap for fiber and my service has been stable for quit some time, I take it for granted.”

My unit wasn’t initially hooked up for Sonic Fiber, and my installer worked with the building manager and made sure the hook up was in the best place for my studio. I really appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable customer service, just as I have with the rest of the Sonic team so far.”

“We had Sonic installed Yesterday. The technicians brought fiber into the apartment and terminated it in a wall-mounted Fiber Terminal (Moden). We connected it to our WiFi routers and all is well. It is certainly faster than the previous provider. The crew was competent, Knowledgeable, Helpful, and courteous.”

“I’m thoroughly impressed with the service. I’ve only ever used DSL so fiber is a real game changer. Back when we had xfinity I was lucky to get maybe 13 mbps but with fiber Im getting 600 mbps. This is on wifi by the way. My brother uses a desktop and he’s getting like 900 mbps. The real kicker is the package costs like half of what we were paying for xfinity. So far this company rocks.”

“After reading some reviews and learning that it’s a local company, I decided to go ahead with the free trial, but was dreading the installers arriving because of the prior experience. And then Field Service Technician Ian Bigby changed everything. He was pleasant, charming, low-key, and incredibly professional, efficient, and helpful. He did the external wiring, then walked us through install from outside, properly masked and distanced. Install was super simple and the few small issues I have had (including needing to set up an extended router system using their Eeros) have been easy to solve. Altogether, this 3rd party ISP is a shining example to extrapolate freedom of web transparency and protecting user data information. Keep up the good work with individual freedoms! Also the complimentary VPN service is (totally) legit!”

I’ve had other experiences where cable / internet installers didn’t care how ugly the install was. Daniel and Jose worked with me to find the cleanest way to install, even though there were faster and uglier alternatives.”
