Our Referral Program Information and Rules
1. Eligibility: The Referral Program is available to all Sonic customers, excluding resellers and Sonic Enterprise. The Program is only open to legal residents of the state of California and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sonic.net, LLC (the “Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Referral Program. The program is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. The program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
3. How to Participate: To enter, send your individualized referral URL to your friends and acquaintances and encourage them to sign up for Sonic Fiber service. If you are a Sonic customer and did not receive your referral URL, please contact Sonic Support. You will be awarded one (1) $50 referral credit applied to your Sonic account for each person that uses your referral URL to sign up for new Sonic Fiber residential service and billed for a minimum of one (1) month paid service. There is no limit to the number of referrals per person. Use of fraudulent methods or attempts to circumvent the rules may remove participants from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sonic. Orders placed without the unique referral URL or that do not convert to paid service will not count as a referral.
Rewards
New Referred Customer: All newly referred customers will receive the current new customer promotions and pricing that is available at time of sign up. This includes any adjustments to equipment, taxes, and fees associated with current offer. Service is not available in all areas. Some promotions may be combined with additional offers.
Sonic Member (Referrer): A $50 Credit for each Referred Customer who installs one of the following Qualifying Services: Fusion Fiber, Standard Fiber, SMB Fiber; and billed for a minimum of 1 month paid service. No limit on number of credits. For the Sonic Member to receive a $50 credit, the Sonic Member must refer a Referred Customer for Sonic Fiber service and the Referred Customer must:
Be a new Sonic customer (Fusion Fiber, Standard Fiber, or SMB Fiber). The Referred Customer must not have been a customer of any Sonic service within 120 days of the date of referral.
Sign up using the unique referral URL provided by referring Sonic Member.
Install/activate Sonic Fiber Service(s) at the same address used through referral URL checkout.
Convert to a paying Sonic customer for minimum (1) month of Service(s).
Sonic will not manually apply referral credits. No investigation of referral credits will be conducted if referral URL is not used at sign up. $50 credit is not redeemable for cash value or refunds.
General Provisions: If multiple referrals for the same person are received, only one $50 credit, subject to these terms, will be provided for the referral first received by Sonic, as determined by Sonic. This $50 credit applies to only newly installed Sonic Fiber addresses. Sonic reserves the right to change Rewards and eligibility criteria under the Program, and to alter, modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any component thereof at any time upon notice, which notice may be provided through the Program Site, mail, e-mail, or such other methods as determined by Sonic in its sole discretion.
