Sonic Solutions to Announce Preliminary Fiscal 2007 Third Quarter Results

Novato, California (February 1, 2007) - Sonic Solutions® (NASDAQ: SNIC), the leader in digital media software, announced today that it will report selected preliminary third quarter financial results for the period ended December 31, 2006, on Thursday, February 15, 2007. The preliminary financial results will be released after the close of market on Thursday, February 15, 2007, via press release. A conference call to discuss the results will begin at 1:30 p.m. PST (4:30 p.m. EST) the same day. Both the live webcast and the replay may be accessed on the investor section of the Company website at www.sonic.com. A replay of the webcast will be available on the investor section of the Sonic website beginning at 4:30 pm PST (7:30pm EST).
