Las Vegas Nevada (April 7, 2003) – Sonic Solutions announced today at the National Association of Broadcasters Convention (NAB) that CustomFlix, an innovator in on-demand video and DVD publishing, has incorporated Sonic AuthorScript® and OpenDVD technology into its online DVD publishing solution, allowing its customers to easily update DVD titles that are produced using the CustomFlix service.

With the integration of Sonic's powerful AuthorScript engine in its highly automated production facility, all DVDs produced by CustomFlix’s Pro DVD Transfer service are now enhanced to support OpenDVD. When updates such as chapter additions, content updates, or text changes are required, customers can easily make changes on their own PCs – using an OpenDVD-compliant authoring application – without having to go back to the original videotapes.
