SonicStudio HD Version 1.7 Delivers Accelerated Performance,
Expanded Features

announced today a new version of SonicStudio HD, the leading
system for audio pre-mastering. Version 1.7 adds significant
performance increases, new editing tools, expanded storage
support, and enhanced capabilities for new audio formats.

SonicStudio HD is the standard used to produce CD titles
intended for commercial release, and incorporates Emmy and
Oscar award-winning technology that provides precise control
over audio productions. The new release, Version 1.7, adds
the following capabilities:
- Enhanced editing Dedicated In/Out points and Playhead
fields, lettered edit group identifiers (sync groups), capture
playhead time, start mark auto-numbering, EDL zoom lock
- Precision control Dedicated A, B, C Edit/Fade mode
nudge - Enhanced audio format support HDSRC support
for 176.4/192kHz High-Density Audio
- Expanded storage support Compatibility with the
new Rorke Galaxy i and Medea AudioRack LP high-capacity
storage systems
