Dave Habiger
- President and Chief Executive Officer

Dave Habiger joined Sonic in 1993 and has been instrumental in the company's growth. Most recently, Dave has held the title of President and Chief Operating Officer for the company. Prior to that position, Dave spent three years as the general manager of the company's largest division, the Desktop Products Group (now the Roxio Division) where he played a key role in the development of Sonic's OEM and retail markets for consumer software. He has been responsible for the integration into Sonic of key acquisitions, including the Desktop and Mobile Division of Veritas and the Roxio consumer software group. In prior roles at Sonic, he has been responsible for Pacific Rim Operations, North American Sales, development of a sales and distribution channel, and setting direction for the company's product lines. Prior to joining Sonic, Habiger was a product manager at the Roscor Corporation, a leading provider of professional video, audio, multimedia and computer-based products and services. He was also a founder of Providence Productions, a media production company. Habiger holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.B.A from St. Norbert College in DePere, WI.



Clay Leighton - Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Leighton joined Sonic Solutions in February 1993 as Vice President of Finance. In January, 1999, Mr. Leighton was named Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations and Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Sonic, from January 1990 to July 1992 he was Vice President, Finance and CFO for RESNA Industries Inc., an environmental services firm, and from August 1988 to December 1989 he was Vice President, Finance and CFO for Command Data Systems, a software company specializing in software for the public safety market. Mr. Leighton has also worked as strategy consultant for the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Leighton received a B.A. from Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.



Paul Norris - Executive Vice President, Interim CFO, and General Counsel

Paul Norris joined Sonic Solutions in June 2005 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. In February 2008, Mr. Norris assumed the position of Executive Vice President, Interim Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. Prior to joining Sonic, from 2000 to 2005, Mr. Norris was a partner at Steiner Norris PLLC, a law firm he co-founded in Seattle, Washington. Before forming Steiner Norris, he was a partner at Anderson Norris Steiner de Regt LLP and at Hendricks & Lewis, and an associate at Davis Wright Tremaine, all law firms in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Norris received a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.



Mark Ely - Executive Vice President of Strategy

Mark Ely joined Sonic Solutions in 1992. He has held positions in product support, sales, product management, marketing and business development and was general manager of Sonic's Desktop Products Group. Mark and his team in the Strategy Group are instrumental in shaping Sonic's product and business strategy. The Strategy Group also plays a key role in technology and IP licensing, business development, partner relations in addition to mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Ely received his M.B.A. from the Anderson School at UCLA and holds a B.A. from Middlebury College.



Robert J. Doris - Chairman

Doris co-founded Sonic Solutions along with Mary Sauer in 1986 and was a director and CEO of the Company since its inception until September of 2005. Prior to founding Sonic, he was president of The Droid Works, a subsidiary of Lucasfilm. Previously, he had been a vice president of Lucasfilm and general manager of the Lucasfilm Computer Division. In his early career, Doris was a consultant in the Menlo Park office of the Boston Consulting Group. He holds A.B., M.B.A. and J.D. degrees, all from Harvard University.



Mary C. Sauer - Director

Ms. Sauer founded Sonic Solutions along with Robert Doris in 1986 and served as a Vice President and Director of the Company since that time until September of 2005. Ms. Sauer became Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales in February 1993. Prior to 1986, Ms. Sauer was Vice President of Marketing for The Droid Works, and prior to joining The Droid Works, Ms. Sauer was Director of Marketing for the Lucasfilm Computer Division. Ms. Sauer received an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.F.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.



Robert M. Greber - Director

Mr. Greber has served as a director of the Company since August 1993. Mr. Greber served as president and Chief Operating Officer of The Pacific Stock Exchange since July 1990, until January 1996 when he was elected Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. In December 1999, Mr. Greber retired from The Pacific Stock Exchange. Prior to joining The Pacific Stock Exchange, he was from 1985 to 1987 President and Chief Executive Officer of Diagnostic Networks, Inc., a network of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Centers which was merged into NMR America in 1987. Prior to DNI, Mr. Greber was President and Chief Executive Officer of Lucasfilm Ltd. from 1981 to 1985 where, among other duties, he oversaw development of digital technologies for video, film, audio, and special effects and video games applications. Before joining Lucasfilm, Mr. Greber was associated with the firm of Merrill Lynch where he was Vice President and Manager of the Los Angeles Institutional Office. Mr. Greber holds a B.S. in Finance from Temple University. Mr. Greber also serves on the Board of Bay View Capital Corp.



Peter J. Marguglio - Director

Mr. Marguglio has served as a Director of the Company since August 1986. Since January 1990, Mr. Marguglio has worked at Eatec Corporation, a software company located in Berkeley, California where he is now President. Prior to joining Eatec, Mr. Marguglio was President of Resource Marketing, Inc., an equipment leasing firm he founded in 1981. Mr. Marguglio holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. degree from Stanford University.



R. Warren Langley - Director

Mr. Langley was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors and as a member of the Audit Committee on June 7, 2001. Since January 2000, Mr. Langley has been a consultant and the Managing Principal of the GuruWizard Fund, LLC. From January 2000 to May 2000, he served as interim CEO of Brush Dance, a creator of Mind-Body-Spirit products. From September 1996 until March 1999, Mr. Langley served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Pacific Exchange in San Francisco. Prior to that from August 1987 to January 1998, he was a Principal and Chief Operating Officer of Hull Trading in Chicago, a proprietary derivatives trading firm. Mr. Langley has also worked as Director of Operations Research and Industrial Engineering at United Airlines and worked in several capacities in the software, energy, and defense consulting industries after serving in the United States Air Force for fifteen years. Mr. Langley holds degrees from the United States Air Force Academy, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Georgia Institute of Technology.
